Sunday-Thursday......$34 per night plus tax

Friday, Saturday & Holidays.....$44 per night plus tax

Weekly.......$205 plus tax

Monthly.....$650 plus tax

These rates include 2 adults and 2 children. More than 4 per site will be charged $4 per person per day ages 12 and up. All visitors must stop at front office.

Two night minimum stay required for Swiss Wine Festival Weekend and Halloween weekend.  Three night minimum stay required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends.  NO discounts will be given during these weekends.

If you are a Good Sam member please be sure to mention this when making reservations and you must present unexpired card upon check-in to receive 10% discount.

For NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, a deposit in the amount of 1st night’s stay is required upon reservation. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS require a deposit of the full amount of stay upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, guest will receive a refund less a $10.00 service fee. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks from the arrival date a rain check is issued for a future visit with reservations required EXCEPT holiday & event weekend cancellations less than 2 week’s notice, no refund is given.
