Sunday-Thursday......$38 per night plus tax

Friday, Saturday & Holidays.....$48 per night plus tax

Weekly.......$205 plus tax

ALL HOLIDAY AND EVENT WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL/CANCEL 1 MONTH PRIOR TO STAY

Two (2) night minimum stay required for Swiss Wine Festival Weekend and Halloween Weekend.

Three (3) night minimum stay required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends.

Four (4) night minimum stay required for NASCAR Race Weekend.

If you are a Good Sam Park Member please be sure to mention this when making reservations and you MUST present unexpired card or be approved through the Good Sam Network to receive the 10% discount. We are unable to issue a discount once the reservation/transaction has been made due to processing fees.

For NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, a deposit in the amount of 1st night’s stay may be required upon reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date; guest will receive a REFUND LESS a $10.00 service fee. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks from the arrival date a RAIN CHECK is issued for a future visit with reservations required. Holiday & Event weekend cancellations less than 1 month notice, NO refund is given.
